    Die Idee zu Moon Memories beschäftigt mich schon seit einigen Jahren. So experimentierte ich mit unterschiedlichen Besetzungen/Bands auf der Suche nach dem richtigen Sound und Bildern bis ich auf Susanas Malerei stieß: herzlich und zierlich auf der einen Seite aber manchmal auch voll Kraft und Gewalt doch immer einen gewissen Rahmen wahrend - ziemlich ähnlich zu TAGaktiv. Im Wechsel komponierten wir zuerst und das Bild entstand danach oder hatten erst das Bild und schrieben dann die Musik dazu.
    Es fühlt sich gut an auf dieses Projekt nun zurückzublicken - eine Sammlung gemalter und komponierter Träume, die besonders durch die Duettform noch intensiver werden. Zeit sich einen ruhigen Ort zu suchen, die Kopfhörer aufzusetzen und sich auf diese Reise zu begeben.

    Moon memories evolved in my Head for several years - but I never felt that it is the right time to start it. So I've been experimenting and searching for the right inspiration until I discovered Susana's paintings which are fragile on the one hand but also full of force and sometimes violence, pretty similar to what we do at TAGaktiv! Therefore we composed the tracks of this album to match her paintings. It feels good to now look at the completed project. A carefully crafted collection of visual and musical dreams - so loud for a quiet place, lay back and start the journey.
